Credit Card orders will show as Celtic Imports (our parent company) on your statement. Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days, however some orders may take longer to ship, depending on availability of the items ordered. Items that are hand-crafted and/or acquired from a special source generally require a few days processing time. Our shopping cart estimates the shipping charge and sometimes it is not accurate. Occasionally, the amount charged for shipping on your credit card may vary slightly.
We cannot ship out of the United States. Because of this, we are unable to accept international orders.
Because of the high volume of merchandise we sell at local venues, we cannot guarantee all items will be in stock, even if they appear to be on the web site. If an item is out of stock and we do not know we will be receiving more of that item in a reasonable amount of time, we will cancel that portion of your order and you will not be charged for that item or you will receive a refund, if the order is not paid by credit card. Shipping will be adjusted accordingly. Some of our suppliers' merchandise varies greatly from month to month and we may not be able to replace an inventory item once it is sold out. Because of this variability, we do not backorder out of stock items.
Defective items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for exchange of another identical item or a full or partial refund if an identical item is not available. Non-defective items may only be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase. All return/exchange items must be returned to us in their original packaging and must not have been used. Herbs are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective. Electronic products (eBooks) are not eligible for return/refund under any circumstances. The amount of refund and/or web site credit issued will be determined at the sole discretion of management.
